PIC: This man wants to swap a pair of Kanye West ‘Yeezy’ trainers for something incredible

Some things are more important than a pair of shoes.

Matt Neal was one of the lucky few who got their hands on a pair of Kanye West’s limited edition Yeezy Boost trainers recently, but he won’t be wearing them.

Instead, the American bought the special sneakers in the hopes of upgrading them to something much more important… the functioning kidney he needs to stay alive.

Neal, 26, suffers from a rare condition which affects both of his kidneys, but things are looking up for him with multiple potential donors coming forward.

“I can’t believe the love and support I’m getting from random strangers,” he told The Daily Dot.

It turns out human kindness is still alive and well. Or else people just really, really, REALLY want those shoes.
