A protest against the decision to divert funding for mental health services attracted a sizeable crowd outside Dáil Éireann on Thursday afternoon.
The protest, organised by the Union of Students in Ireland and Mental Health Reform, took place outside the Kildare Street entrance to Dáil Éireann, where a number of speakers outlined their opposition to a decision that was recently confirmed by Health Minister Leo Varadkar.
