JOE

If you’re headed away on holidays or planning to get a bit more sun in the good weather we’ve been having, then there’s one part of your body that you might forget to cover up, but that takes a lot of abuse from the sun.

We all throw sun lotion on our faces and our noses, knowing how long they can spend exposed to the elements on a hot day (or at least we should be doing so anyway lads) but most people will totally ignore their lips on a warm day, despite the fact that they’ll be in the sunshine for a good few hours if  out for a few drinks or headed for a bit of exercise while the weather permits.

Nivea’s Sun protect lip balm with SPF 30 neatly solves that problem, in a tiny little tube that you can just pop in your pocket.

Take a tip from the world of professional cricket, where the players spend the whole day (or possibly even days on end, no one’s sure, who actually knows the rules anyway?) standing out in the elements, and they have loads of the stuff lathered on their lips.

However, with Nivea’s lip balm, you don’t have to look like a cricketer (unless you want to, of course) as the lip balm isn’t greasy, and quite frankly makes sure you don’t have dry lips throughout the day.

If there’s wind or dry weather, your lips are going to take a lot of that abuse unless they have some form of protection, so it’s worth the few minutes (and the couple of quid) that it takes to give them a bit of a helping hand and make sure they don’t go even redder than they already are out there.
