Saturday, 16 November, there are three fantastic classes for you to choose from. Starting at just €20.32 per class, you can

Here's what you can expect from each of the classes:
1. Indoor Rowing – 9:45am
Former Irish Olympian & world rowing champion Niall O'Toole will be there to lead you through a 60-minute interval training workout combining rowing and full bodyweight HIIT exercises.
Members will push, pull, squat and jump through this electrifying 60-minute workout led by Crew Class Dublin.
2. HIIT Workout – 10:45am
Avonmore's signature HIIT workout class will be led by personal trainer and model Caoimhe O'Dwyer. Join Caoimhe for this explosive full bodyweight workout. Shed bodyfat, build muscle and kickstart your metabolism for the day ahead with this calorie burning workout.
3. Rebel Barre – 11:45am
Rebel Barre Class will be led by the duo Orla & Jade from Rebel Barre Dublin.
These ladies have built up quite a reputation in the city providing high octane energetic barre class workouts. Be a rebel and join this unique barre class which helps increase muscle strength and tone.
