Tasty and easy to make protein recipes: Avocado tuna salad
A healthy and filling dish that can be whipped up and ready to eat in less than five minutes.

A healthy and filling dish that can be whipped up and ready to eat in less than five minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 stick of celery
  • 1 can of tuna, drained
  • Salt and pepper

Directions:

  • Chop up some celery and red onion and place in a bowl.
  • Scoop the filling out of the avocado and place it into the bowl. And salt, pepper and lemon juice for seasoning and blend all the ingredients together.
  • Add in the tin of tuna and blend together until the mixture has a smooth texture.
  • The dish is ready to serve

Serving suggestion: Place the salad back into the hollowed avocado and eat, or alternatively, use it as the filling for a healthy sandwich.
