Tasty and easy to make protein recipes: Vanilla and peanut butter smoothie
The perfect post-workout smoothie.
- 300ml almond milk
- 50g of blueberries
- 50g of strawberries
- 1 tablespoon of natural peanut butter
- 1 scoop of Optimum Nutrition 100% Gold Standard Whey (vanilla flavour)
- Put all of the fruit into a blender, pour in the almond milk and the scoop of Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey (vanilla flavour) and add the tablespoon of peanut butter.
- Add ice to cool if necessary.
- Turn on the blender and serve when ready.
