UK doctors argue for killing babies, calling it ‘after-birth abortion’

A bunch of ‘medical ethicists’ have put forward the idea that killing babies should be allowed because they say it’s no different to abortion.

An article in the UK Journal of Medical Ethics argues that infanticide should be legalised. The disgusting thesis says that parents should be allowed kill babies whether perfectly healthy or not.

The journal’s editor, Professor Julian Savulescu, defended the decision to print the horrific article, saying that publications like his must host all sides of an argument.

Alberto Giubilini and Francesca Minerva wrote that there was not one iota of difference between abortion and the killing a baby. The headline of the article quite clearly flagged the content: ‘After-birth abortion: Why should the baby live?’.

The doctors of death think that babies are not really ‘actual persons’, rather they are potential people!

They article went on to say: “Both a fetus and a newborn certainly are human beings and potential persons, but neither is a ‘person’ in the sense of ‘subject of a moral right to life’.

“We take ‘person’ to mean an individual who is capable of attributing to her own existence some (at least) basic value such that being deprived of this existence represents a loss to her.”

Their conclusion was just as sickening as the rest of their article: “what we call ‘after-birth abortion’ (killing a newborn) should be permissible in all the cases where abortion is, including cases where the newborn is not disabled”.
