If you're the active type, there's a good chance you've had a cramp in your calf before and that it's been an incredibly painful experience.

Whether it's as painful as having to watch the physical manifestation of the calf cramp that an Australian guy suffered and subsequently posted to the Internet, however, we're not so sure.

This looks less like a series of muscles twitching and more like there's a multi-legged creature inside this guy's leg trying its damnedest to get out.

Honestly, this is not for the faint of heart so don't say you weren't forewarned.
