Hugh Jackman is one of those actors who is in truly phenomenal shape. A firm believer in the "old school" style of weightlifting that made Arnold Schwarzenegger a superstar in that highly competitive world before he was ever a movie star, we couldn't help but wonder how the hell The Wolverine star still does it in his mid-40s.
So JOE headed to our friends in RAW Gym and asked them to demonstrate for us. In the first of three videos, one of RAW's trainers Anthony Lynch, clearly and articulately explains and demonstrates the exercises you need to begin with to get bulked like Jackman.
