With the season just around the corner, the Leinster squad were training hard on their strength and conditioning, so we caught up with Daniel Tobin, the head of fitness at Leinster Rugby, and got some great information on their training regime.

In this video, Daniel walks us through the plyometric exercises that the squad were doing to improve reactive strength and power, as well as acceleration and changing direction at speed.
