We don’t know why he is putting so much work into his chest; every day is arm day for JOE.

We don’t know why he is putting so much work into his chest; every day is arm day for JOE.

We are here to tell you some very important news; our underwater bench pressing world record has been beaten, and we are devastated.

We have long since held the record for this prestigious event, which is actually under review for inclusion in the 2016 Rio Olympics, so keep an eye out, you may see us romping to gold and being the pride of the country in two years’ time.

Retired French professional swimmer Gerald Rioual shattered the old record of 20 presses and lifted a 110llb (just under 50 kilograms) barbell a whopping 36 times while submerged.

We admit that this is very impressive considering we can’t even lift our leg out of the tub after a bath, but we are slightly bitter about how easily he bet our record…
