VIDEO: Mullingar man who went viral returns with an important message on mental health

Alan Loughnane

Definitely worth watching…

Today is the first day of 2016 Cycle Against Suicide and around the country, thousands of people are out cycling the first leg of the journey from Phoenix Park today.

The aim of the cycle is to raise awareness of suicide and it will take place over 14 days, covering 1,100km and finishing back in Dublin on 7 May.

One person taking part in the cycle today is a very famous Westmeath man named Ski Morgan who went viral earlier this year with a hilarious tongue-twisting video.

Now he has a very serious and important message to share with you…

The message both Ski Morgan and Cycle Against Suicide are trying to spread is that it’s absolutely OK not to feel OK, and it’s absolutely OK to ask for help.

This morning at the start of the cycle, 12 students appeared dressed as the Grim Reaper, which student leader ambassador for Cycle Against Suicide Jessie Clohisey said, “represented one million of the 12 million cuts that Leo Varadkar took away from mental health”.
