The idea of CrossFit can be daunting for some people, as it's a new form of exercise and the people involved are in fantastic shape. However, there is also a hugely supportive and open community that are welcoming to new members, and happy to encourage everyone to get involved in making adjustments and getting a healthy lifestyle.
Alex from CrossFit Navitas runs us through a series of exercises for the complete beginner right up to the seasoned veteran of CrossFit that you can add to your routine, with a few adjustments. From pullups, to dips and pushups, these exercises are not too complicated, but as always you should make sure to concentrate on your form. Alex gives us some good tips on how to do each exercise, and how to scale them down to make them easier for beginners and remove some of your body weight from the equation.
