It’s videos like this that might make you think twice about hitting the gym, just in case it hits back…
In fairness, most of the moves that end up going wrong in the video below probably shouldn’t have been tried out in the first place – the girl at the 1:34 mark is a good example of that.
The guys over at Fail Army compiled the video and we have to say, they’ve done a great job at find some of the most painful looking gym fails we’ve ever seen. Except the one at the 1:58 mark… we’re not too sure what’s going on there.
