The #22PushUpChallenge is a worldwide craze, like the Ice Bucket Challenge before it, and JOE reader Stephen Naughton decided to promote mental health awareness in the company of some picketing Dublin Bus drivers earlier on the Thursday.

All to raise mental health awareness in the armed forces, and he’s doing a fine job.
