Video: Work the guns like Paul Galvin with this superset arm workout

The Kerry wing-forward regularly posts exercise bulletins on his personal website (thisispaulgalvin.com) and last night he uploaded a video of a superset exercise he does occasionally that works all of the main muscle groups in your arms.

As Paul says himself, strong arms are important for catching ball, carrying ball, breaking tackles and even sprinting in Gaelic Football and, from a vanity point of view, as he subsequently jokingly admitted on Twitter, the ladies do love catching the sight of a well-sculpted Dan and Ger every now and again.


Paul did say that the set in the video above was his fourth, but seeing as we have no evidence of that, we can only assume that there was a little bit of this going on (only messing Paul)…
