Good news to be had on the scales this week, four lovely pounds have fallen away and in truth it wasn't that hard. Once I followed the advice I got last week, it's good to be back to 15 stone again.

Good news to be had on the scales this week, four lovely pounds have fallen away forever and in truth it wasn't that hard. Once I followed the advice I got last week, it's good to be under 15 stone again, I didn't like that number at all.
Now it's time to push on down to 14 stone. This week the Weight Watchers leader took a look at my food diary closely and quickly realised that I wasn't using up all my daily ProPoints and on some days I had up to 10 ProPoints left to be used. This will not help in speeding up my metabolism - it will only slow it down. I am supposed to eat a bit more daily to keep the fat burning going, when my weight reduces, I can start to use less daily ProPoints.
This week I am concentrating on drinking as much water as possible, preparing healthy and filling meals (there are loads of recipes in the Weight Watchers manual) and we’ve been told “don’t arrive at the table hungry and don’t leave the table stuffed” which is good to keep in mind!

On the weekend if I want to enjoy a few pints, I was told that won't be a problem, provided I track it and don't go beyond my ProPoint allowance. Which means I’ll still be able to keep up with the lads!
The leader commended my work she told me to concentrate more on my eating lifestyle and said to ask myself this question regularly "can I eat like this all my life", so when my answer becomes a yes , then I know that I've adjusted – and I don’t think I’m doing too badly so far!
