Not long to go until WellFest 2019 kicks off.

In case you have no idea what WellFest is all about, it’s Europe’s largest outdoor health and wellness festival. Taking place in the Royal Hospital Kilmainham on Saturday, May 11 and Sunday, May 12, thousands of people will be working out in the open air, learning how to improve your overall wellness, and so much more.

One of the best places to go if you’re looking for all the tips and tricks there are to know about health and fitness is the KBC WellGood area. It’s looking pretty action-packed this year as well, with plenty of household names on the lineup to help you up your game.

Prepare to get loads of top notch wellbeing hints and tips from performance psychologist Gerry Hussey and best-selling cookery author Roz Purcell, both of whom are KBC WellGood ambassadors this year.

Some of the people to keep an eye out for;

  • Gerry Hussey – performance psychologist
  • Roz Purcell – best-selling cookery author
  • Philly McMahon – Dublin footballer
  • Lee Tracey – yoga, mindfulness & mediation teacher
  • Emma Weafer – Boogie Bounce instructor
  • Richie Norton – strength & conditioning coach
  • Megan Roup – creator of The Sculpt Society
  • Richie Norton (The Strength Temple) – movement coach & yoga teacher

Apart from that, you can expect tonnes of nutrition tips, wellness advice and fun/challenging activities for you to enjoy.

Once you’ve seen everything you want to in the KBC WellGood area, there’s plenty more to keep you busy. Over 150 health and wellness experts from all over the world will be on hand, and people of all fitness levels are invited to come along.

Even if you’re just going to try something different for the weekend, you can purchase tickets here. You get to pick what you want to do and where you want to go, as all activities are included in the ticket price and there is no limit on the amount of activities you can do. You’d better be quick though before they sell out!
