The survey was conducted by the BJU International Journal of Urology (yes, that's what we thought too), who presented the data after analysing the length and width of more than 15,000 penises around the world.

The average length of an erect penis is 5.2 inches (13.12cm) and in its flaccid state, the average penis is 3.6 inches (9.16cm) in length.

The average circumference of an erect penis is 4.6 inches (11.66cm) and when flacid has a girth of 3.7 inches (9.31cm).

We weren't in the slightest bit worried...
