So Brian Maher has now reached the halfway point of his challenge to get into cover model shape and it's really not getting any easier.
Dan Smullen of The Fitness Dock gym once again put Brian through his paces before heading off on holiday for a couple of weeks and leaving him in the hands of JOE.ie editor, Mike Sheridan. In the next two weeks the training will change as Brian attempts some boxing and some hill sprints as part of his cardio sessions. Needless to say the intensity will be pretty damn epic.
Don't worry, folks, Brian will be hitting pads and a punchbag and they don't hit back so his face will remain the same... if a little more red in colour.
