John Cena has been praised for a viral video showing his reaction to a fan who approached him while he was dining in a restaurant.
Cena was eating food with a friend when the fan came over to him. And while the wrestler-turned-actor was clearly not happy to be disturbed, he remained patient with the stranger – leading to widespread praise on social media.
In the video posted to TikTok, the fan walked towards Cena before performing his signature “You Can’t See Me” taunt from WWE.
In a composed manner, the celebrity responded: “Can I enjoy some time with my friends?”
The fan then apologised and left Cena be, who gave a smile of appreciation to the stranger for respecting his wishes. You can watch the interaction right here:

“How can you hate John Cena?” one fan asked. “He’s so chill.”
Another said: “At least Cena was nice and polite about saying basically: ‘I would like to be left alone.'”
A third added: “I know it’s part of the profession, but I feel bad for people like him sometimes.”
The WWE star is rarely seen inside the ring today, appearing to be more focused on his acting career. He recently starred in the likes of Fast and Furious and DC franchises.
Regarding the latter, he played the lead role of Peacemaker in the TV series of the same name which premiered last year to rave reviews.
