To celebrate the launch of the new Star Wars Battlefront II game, we have an incredible prize up for grabs. We’re looking for people who love Star Wars to come up with a brand new character.
Are you ready for the challenge, young padawan?
The good people at EA are giving away a fantastic prize worth €2,000. The lucky winner will get a 4k TV, a PS4/Xbox One, a surround sound system, a recliner armchair and a copy of the brand new Star Wars Battlefield II game.
So how can you win? Well, we want you to come up with a name and a backstory for a new Star Wars character. Your character can be a Jedi, a Sith, a Porg with an attitude or just an average guy who’s handy with an EE-3 blaster. It’s up to you. If your character concept is good enough, you could walk away with this awesome prize. As Obi-Wan says, “There’s no such thing as luck.”
The JOE editorial team will select the best five entries and there’ll be a public vote to decide the overall winner.

Star Wars Battlefront II is out now and you can play as heroes from all three eras of Star Wars, taking part in multiplayer battles in iconic locations. Alternatively, you can enjoy a thrilling single-player story as Iden Versio, enjoy a space battle in Yoda’s Starfighter or create custom characters to play.
