We got away with a mild winter this time around but for the two years previous to that you could barely put your nose outside the door before an icicle sprouted from your nostril. Up to 35 per cent of your home’s heat could escape through the roof, often due to old, torn or non-existent attic insulation.
So what’s the best course of action to take before we have to face another harsh, cold, shivering winter?
