Call a loved one
When Dairygold asked folks in Dublin what they’d do if they had an extra minute, many of them said they’d spend some time with a loved one. You don’t need an extra minute to do this, just pick up the phone!

In today’s busy world, it’s so easy to lose touch with school and college mates.
Get on the phone and text that old friend you haven’t seen in ages. Just make sure you play it cool…

Pressing play only takes a second, but that little earworm will keep you company all day!
