When JOE was a young lad in school we spent our time doodling images of spaceships, monsters and football jerseys. It seems that Alex Wong and Jonah Hill’s character from Superbad have a lot in common though when it comes to their artistic endeavours.
The recent college graduate from Seattle has just announced plans to draw the world’s biggest penis, and he’s taken to Kickstarter to turn this ‘project’ into a reality.
They say that art is subjective but this drawing is fairly easy to decipher in our opinion.
Wong is asking for $100 from the good people living in Internetland to create the world’s biggest drawing of a ‘wedding tackle’ but like most artists he has had to explain his craft. This should be good.
He said: “This is both a personal project rooted in my childhood dreams, as well as a collaborate project to spread awareness and understanding of our bodies. Whether it is a terrible sketch on a bar napkin or a beautiful painting on a canvas; a d**k drawing is a d**k drawing.
“Seeing an abstract d**k by Picasso in a museum is just as funny as drawing one for yourself in the condensation of a car window. Let’s impress Guinness with the World’s Biggest D**k Drawing.” We have no idea what to make of this but we admire his passion.
The goal of Wong’s Kickstarter is very simple: for every dollar that is donated, he’ll add an inch to the ‘meat and two veg’ that he’s drawing. When he reaches the $100 goal—or 100-inch goal, as the case may be, he’ll start drawing.
