Ariana Grande visits injured fans at Manchester Children's Hospital ahead of Sunday's tribute show

This is such an amazing moment.

Before Ariana Grande takes to the stage on Sunday to raise money for those 22 fans that tragically lost their lives during the attacks in Manchester, the singer has already surprised one of her fans with a surprise visit to at Royal Manchester Children's Hospital

10-year-old Jaden Farrell-Mann was seriously injured in last week's terror attack and required two operations after sustaining fractures to both her legs and shrapnel wounds.

On Friday night, Jade's evening was made when Ariana Grande paid a surprise visit to see her, and the other youngsters, at the hospital.

The Manchester Evening News have reported that the singer gave the children presents and signed their T-shirts.

According to Jade's mum, her daughter was in absolute shock as the singer walked in. "She has a big smile anyway but it got even bigger, Ariana gave her a hug and a kiss, she was in awe. It was absolutely fantastic to see, she was so happy," she says.

A truly lovely moment.
