Euromillions

The luck of the Irish continues on strong.

Yep, after last night’s Euromillions draw, someone in Ireland is half a million Euro richer.

While the top prize of €17 million was won by one lucky person in the UK, that five followed by all those zeroes is nothing to be sniffed at.

Players in Meath are specifically being told to double-check their tickets, as the winning ticket was purchased in that area.

The winning numbers were 07, 18, 24, 37 and 50, and if you think yours is the winning ticket, you should sign the back of it immediately and get in contact with the National Lottery Prize Claims Team on 01-836-4444.

Rod Cosgrave, store owner of JR’s First Stop in Ashbourne were the winning ticket was sold, said (via The Meath Chronicle): “I just found out this morning so I’ve been saying it to everyone who comes into the shop and encouraging them to spread the word.

“It would be fantastic if it was a local but I honestly haven’t got a clue who it could be. The news is spreading fast so there’s a great buzz about the town now”.
