The class begins with some light refreshments before students are given a brief lesson about the history of Listoke Estate and their distilling heritage.
A quick tour of our distillery is next, but then the fun begins.
Students will be introduced to three different gin profiles which will help them design the flavour profile for their own personal gin.
Yes, that's right. You get to create your own brand of gin that will be distilled into your own exclusive bottle.
