We’re on the hunt for Dave.
Jules Coll, one of the writers on RTÉ’s Damo and Ivor, was on the Ray D’Arcy Show this morning, telling her story about the one that got away.
While she was in the Dunnes Stores in Cornelstown, New Year’s Eve 2015, she bumped into a fella called Dave whom she described thusly:
A “young Hugh Grant” type guy named Dave from Killiney, 5ft 10, blue eyes, brown hair, mid 30’s with balls of steel then let me know!
Jules has a theory that Dave was so nervous when they spoke that he took down her number incorrectly after asking her if she had a boyfriend and inviting her out for a coffee.
