Any conversation about the tastiest ice-creams available in Ireland – a particularly relevant debate at this time of year- simply has to include the Brunch. We won’t hear any objections, it’s just fact. Traditionally only available in solid form from a freezer, Irish Brunch fans will now be able to sample a liquid alternative after HB teamed up with Insomnia to launch a new BRUNCH ICECAP, the star attraction on Insomnia’s new ICECAP menu. Made to order, the Brunch Icecap is topped with a sprinkling of the Brunch crumbly biscuit over a smooth vanilla and strawberry blended frappe and will be available to Insomnia customers from today, May 19, for €4.20. Feast your eyes on this beauty... The launch of the Brunch icecap will be supported by a strong in-house campaign and there will be Facebook competitions for Brunch icecap vouchers, t-shirts, deckchairs and more. Also available on the Insomnia Icecap menu will be an Oreo Icecap, a caramel latte icecap and a mango & cream icecap, but given its vast popularity in Ireland, we’d be surprised if any of them prove as popular as the Brunch offering.
