‘Black Bush Cured’ will see worlds of Irish whiskey and charcuterie combine.

Rob Krawczyk, the man behind Ballydehob’s Chestnut restaurant, has made a name for himself as an award-winning chef. Growing up working in the kitchens of his family’s restaurant and salami business in West Cork, Rob decided to change career paths following six years working in TV and Film and exploded into the culinary and charcuterie scene with a diverse range of unique experience and talent. Determination, drive and an amazing work ethic, combined with Rob’s creative nature and passion for fantastic food has allowed him to stand out from the pack. Playing with every sense, his dishes have become known for their visual flair as well as their fantastic taste and bring with them a new life to traditional Irish food. “We’re making something that’s unique, premium and deliciously Irish. It’s not Italian or Spanish, and that’s ok. We’re doing it differently.” says Rob about his charcuterie.
