Client Services Executives x 3

Professional Requirements:

  • Work with the Business Development Team & Editorial Team to create bespoke campaigns designed to meet client KPIs.
  • Develop strong relationships with work colleagues and with clients.
  • Be knowledgeable and stay educated on digital marketing, social media and have an overall interest in marketing and advertising.
  • Spot opportunities for clients where Maximum Media can excel and deliver.
  • Understand and analyse the reader and their consumption of branded content.
  • Have an eye for detail and an innate understanding of a client’s vision.

Business Development Executives x 2

Professional Requirements:

  • A well-developed understanding of the Digital Sales environment;
  • A drive to get things done and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • A love for interacting with people and the ability to build strong relationships;
  • An outstanding ability to clearly communicate our brand offering

Multimedia Designer

Professional Requirements:

  • Excellent visual communication and storytelling skills to present ideas and information in a multimedia context.
  • Creative flair and an innovative approach to all design projects.
  • Expertise in Adobe software, desktop or Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Indesign, After Effects, Illustrator, Dreamweaver and others, for creating online advertisements, infographics, video motion graphics.
  • Experience in video production and the ability to create video stings and graphics for our in-house video production team would be a distinct advantage.
  • Experience in logo design and branding.

Ad Operations Specialist

Professional Requirements:

  • Responsible for providing insight on market leading ad serving technologies, reporting and optimization best practices for the Ad Operations team and the business
  • A strong focus and emphasis on providing a high level of customer service across internal and external stakeholders (advertising clients and internal marketing teams)
  • Responsible for the resolution of any ad ops issues arising from advertising campaigns, related systems and software
  • Analyzing and troubleshooting technical issues with all aspects of ad serving and act as main point of contact within the team to address QA issues
  • Working closely with key stakeholders within the business to define, implement and roll out of all new and scalable ad formats across mobile, desktop and video.
  • Ownership of any technical challenges presented by the Advertising Sales team, IT/product development team and advertising clients
  • Management of key 3rd party partner relationships and service providers. Responsible for leading out the training on ad systems, oversee relevant training documentation and refine workflow practices.

Copywriter

Professional Requirements:

  • Liaising with clients and interpreting their briefs;
  • Developing creative ideas and concepts;
  • Presenting ideas to clients and colleagues across Editorial, Marketing and Business Development;
  • Becoming acutely familiar with clients’ products, services and objectives, the target audience and competitor activities;
  • Demonstrating exceptional levels of energy, enthusiasm and a passion for brands and brand marketing;
  • Writing clear, persuasive, original copy;
  • Proofreading copy to check spelling and grammar;
  • Amending, revising or redeveloping adverts or campaigns in response to feedback from the creative director, account team or clients;
  • Working on several campaigns at once, sometimes under pressure and often to tight deadline;

Social Media Manager

Professional Requirements:

  • Help develop and execute a social media strategy across multiple products, for multiple brands;
  • Develop & deliver a brand-building social plan;
  • Engage in the social conversation, responding to feedback and resolving issues;
  • Build audience numbers on all social platforms;
  • Deliver consumer insights from social media analysis;
  • Liaise with Editorial & Commercial teams on scheduling;

Marketing Executive

Professional Requirements:

  • Excellent marketing, communication and organisational skills along with computer literacy and knowledge of social media;
  • Co-ordination and implementation of Marketing activities from idea generation, media planning to Marketing strategies for new projects;
  • Develop and maintain relationships and liaise effectively with key personnel both internally and externally;
  • Flexibility, creativity, self-motivation and the ability to work on one’s own initiative are essential;
  • Event management experience is advantageous;

All vacancies require a minimum of one year’s experience working in the realm of Digital Media coupled with a relevant third level qualification.
