Chewing gum may be having some adverse effects on the quality of your sex

JOE

Can you take such a risk?

We’ve seen some alarming things over the past number of months, especially when the male population proved what exactly drives them forward.

Yes, a huge number of men claimed they would rather cut off their arm (right up to the shoulder) rather than give up sex… I don’t know about the rest of you, but I rather like my arms the way they are.

But, would you be willing to give up chewing gum to boost your sex life?

Well, according to the NY Post, chewing gum could be a big mistake if you plan on bringing your partner, friend or date to bed at the end of the night.

The act of chewing, without swallowing, can lead to bloating as you swallow air.

This will trick your stomach into thinking you’re ingesting food and it will release stomach enzymes to break down the food which can lead to you developing a significant amount of wind.

Which means despite your perfectly minty breath, you may be uncontrollably emitting toxic gases from your rear end… which is probably enough to kill the mood in many of your sexy, sexy situations.

But that’s not all. There’s more.

It’s known that consuming chewing in high volume is prone to causing laxative effects (look at the back of your packet, it says so), but peppermint can also repress testosterone which can lead to, well… problems of the bedroom variety.
