What would he know anyway?

Who doesn’t love a good bag of chips? Whether you like them skinny or chunky, curly or normal, or drowned in vinegar or completely dry, we can safely say that you have enjoyed a bag of chips at some point in your life…

And how many chips would you say are in every bag? Over 50? 70? More?

Well, whatever it is, it is apparently WAY too much.

A Harvard lecturer has said that we should only be having six chips per serving.

Six.

Professor Eric Rimm at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health is very aware of the fact that there is no amount that makes chips “healthy”, but he says that we definitely shouldn’t be having more than six.

“There aren’t a lot of people who are sending back three-quarters of an order of French fries,” Rimm told The New York Times.

“I think it would be nice if your meal came with a side salad and six French fries.”

We also have to take into account that this is an American expert, and their chips are far less substantial than ours.

So we should probably only be having like two chips per serving? Good luck…
