In times of darkness and strife, we can always rely on dogs.
Dogs love us, even though we don’t deserve their love. They stand by us through thick and thin, they comfort us when we’re sad, they’re always happy to see us. They are, in short, the best.
But sometimes a dog and its master have to be separated. Every dog owner knows the pain of being apart from their four-legged friend, not just because they miss the dog, but because they know the dog is missing them.
Actor Chris Evans, he of Captain America fame, must know that all too well, as he posted a video on his Twitter account of him reuniting with his pooch.
Captioned “After 10 long weeks…” the video shows one very excited dog leaping all over Evans, welcoming him home the only way dogs know how: relentless licking and tail wagging.
