Not really what you’d ever expect to see at a graveyard.
A woman has complained to RedFM’s Neil Prendeville about an incident wherein she believes that she saw a couple having sexual intercourse in a graveyard.
The woman claims she saw a couple having sexual relations at St Michael’s Cemetery in Blackrock, Cork at around 7.15 in the evening.
She even took a video and sent it to Red FM, which has since been uploaded on their Facebook page.
Speaking about the incident, the woman described it as a “disgrace”, and said that her taking out her phone didn’t seem to bother them at all.
She said: “I was horrified but they didn’t seem to care.
“If it had been my mother’s grave I wouldn’t have been responsible for what I would have done. I took out my phone in the hope it would shame them.
“This was 7.15 pm. It was an absolute disgrace, dogs wouldn’t behave like that. I have only buried my mother, it was shameful carry on in our graveyard.”
There has since been calls to introduce graveyard cameras in an attempt to combat this and other types of anti-social behaviour.
