Storm Eleanor is battering Ireland with the west of the country bearing the brunt of her strong winds.
Galway suffered flooding on Tuesday due to a combination of high tides, heavy rain and stormy weather with many homes and business battling to keep the water outside.
As Galway resident Keith Collins said in sharing this video on Twitter, “not all heroes wear capes.” Cheering the cyclist on, he quipped that “someone’s definitely getting their dinner tonight.”
