First-time buyers in Dublin, Meath or Louth: This virtual First Time Buyers Masterclass will kickstart your mortgage

JOE

Brought to you by EBS

Taking the fear and confusion out of starting your mortgage journey.

Most people are looking ahead to 2021 and a fresh start. It’s been a challenging year for everyone, but people are now looking for new opportunities and a new start.

Buying your first home is as big a start as you can make, and EBS aim to make that journey as cohesive and stress-free as it can possibly be.

With that in mind, EBS is hosting a virtual First Time Buyers Mortgage Masterclass, designed to help you navigate your way through the mortgage landscape and to ease any concerns or worries you might have.

Hosted by comedian Eric Lalor, it features the perfect selection of expert guests on a socially distanced panel. As with previous EBS events, this particular masterclass will cater for first-time buyers in specific areas, in this case, Dublin (with a focus on North Dublin), Meath and Louth.

Taking place on 9 December from 7pm-8.15pm, the panel features:

  • Ronan Lyons Economist, Trinity College Dublin, who will be sharing his wisdom on the current housing market, urban economics, and the importance of location – which now, more than ever, takes centre stage.
  • TV host and financial planner Eoin McGee will be on hand to share his tips on how to improve your financial well-being, to pay attention to the details, and effective ways to save money.
  • Aoibhín Garrihy, a successful entrepreneur and wellness advocate, will be sharing her journey of building a new house during the lockdown and ways to live without losing out while saving.
  • EBS Mortgage Master Alan Sweeney will go through the steps needed to get mortgage ready.

The event will take place online via Zoom Webinar. You can join us via a computer, tablet, or mobile device. Once you’ve reserved your place, we’ll send you full details of how to take part 24 hours prior to the event.

First-time buyers will be intrigued, educated, AND hopefully a bit entertained! To register your interest, simply fill out the form below. If it isn’t displaying properly for you, just click here.
