Sometimes you just need to get a pump on.

Have you ever got the sudden urge to just work out exactly where you are? Has the adrenaline got to you and you just have to drop and bang out a few press-ups there and then?

Well, there are certain times where you can do that, and certain times where you just have to leave it.

One of these instances is when you are on an airplane…

American Airlines Flight 2763 left Phoenix on Monday en route to Boston, but it was forced into making a diversion to Kansas.

According to CBS Boston, the plane was diverted to Kansas City International Airport due to the actions of an unruly passenger who appeared to be intoxicated.

The man in question is accused of “berating” a flight attendant and then doing pull-ups on the overhead compartment.

One passenger told reporters: “He was leaning up against where you put the bags overhead and a passenger came by and said ‘What are you going to do, some pull-ups?’ and the guy actually grabbed on to it and started doing some pull-ups on the plane in front of everybody.”

He was removed from the flight in Kansas and the flight proceeded to Boston without him.

A spokesperson for American Airlines told Business Insider that the flight was “diverted due to an unruly passenger. The passenger was removed by law-enforcement and the flight re-departed for Boston”.

The passenger’s name has not been released to the public and there is no word if he is facing any charges for his antics.
