Free beer, ugly Christmas jumpers and all for charity? Sounds perfect.
The Mercantile is hosting a Christmas jumpers night in aid of Focus Ireland next Thursday, 21 December.
There will be finger food on offer, and free beers for the first 100 people who show up.
If you’re concerned that your Christmas jumper might not be cool enough to show off, then worry no more, they’re enforcing an “uglier the sweater, the better” policy.
There will be collection boxes showered throughout the venue, and they are hoping to raise a substantial amount of money for what is an extremely good cause.
If you want to reserve an area, email [email protected] but walk-ins are welcome on the day. Collection boxes will be place from 5pm, and all donations would be greatly appreciated.
