Anyone who's fond of a bit of online shopping will be all too familiar with this.
We've all been there. You've waited absolutely ages for a delivery to your house. They said it would come anytime between 12-2, and you're back in work at 2.30. It's approaching 2, but you know the second you leave they're going to come and leave the dreaded "Sorry we missed you!" message. Yep, it's horrible.
