Great news for those looking to come back.

An Irish recruitment specialist company are offering free flights back to Ireland for Irish workers in Australia if they moved back home for work.

FRS Recruitment state that they are are offering free flights home for placed candidates, as they host information sessions to assist people looking to make the move to Ireland. These events will provide insights on the jobs market in Ireland along with practical advice and tips to support the move.

Anyone interested should sign up for their sessions, as the company will be heading to Sydney on Thursday 8, Sunday 11, and Monday 12 November, as well as Melbourne on Monday 12 and Tuesday 13 November, and Brisbane on Tuesday 13 November.

Colin Donnery, general manager of FRS Recruitment, told The Irish Independent: “As the country is moving closer to full employment, it is becoming more difficult to find suitably qualified personnel.

“Companies in Ireland are increasingly looking further afield to find people to fill important roles. For these companies, it is about finding the right candidate that meets their needs.

“During the recession a lot of qualified, educated people left these shores to seek out opportunities that simply were no longer available in Ireland.”

The free flights offer will reportedly extend to all employment sectors, but FRS will be targeting personnel who wish to work in the construction, IT, healthcare, medical device/pharmaceutical and financial sectors.
