Ever needed to be in two places at once and wonder how you could pull it off? Well, next time give the Senior team at Strokestown GAA a call, as they seem to be pretty handy at organising around their previous engagements.
Having realised that the Roscommon team's weekend match was scheduled for Sunday at 11:30am, and thus clashing with mass, the mass-going players are being given a day off by the big man Himself, as long as they receive their First Holy Communion pitch-side.
And no, you couldn't make this up.
Strokestown GAA took to Twitter to make the announcement.

The tweet reads:
"The Senior lads are at home to Croans on Sunday at 11:30am. Communion will be served at the pitch for any mass goers."
This means that any mass-going player will not have to prioritise sport over religion in what could have been a pretty messy fight.
