Okay, so we’ve seen the super expensive supercars, the ultra rare autos and the fast cars out on track, so today we’re going to take a look at everything else that was on show at this year’s Irish Festival of Speed.

There really was something for everyone at this year’s Irish Festival of Speed. Four-wheel fans we’re kept busy with the various car collections from the modern supercars to the 1930’s racers. However, there were also quite a few motorbikes to gawk at for crotch-rocket enthusiasts, not to mention all that was going on in the skies.

Aerobatics pilots Gerry Humphreys & Eddie Goggins treated spectators to some exciting air displays, Irishman Mattie Griffin performed on his trusty stunt bike and Corkman Don Cronin was awarded his prize for coming first in the Freestyle section at the AMD World Championship of Custom Bike Building, which took place in Assen, Germany, earlier this year.

There was also plenty for the kids to do, as there was a simulator, a massive play area and a huge inflatable slide. So it really was fun for all the family.

If you’re a big motoring fan or just a casual Sunday driver then you should really get yourself down to Limerick for next year’s event. Until then you can check out the previous galleries by clicking the links below.
