The American doughnut chain Krispy Kreme are said to be searching for a location in Dublin to set up a store.
According to The Irish Times, the hugely popular doughnut chain is looking to set up a production unit and cafe to sell their product in the capital.
The holder of the franchise rights in the UK and Ireland confirmed that they’re looking at locations in Dublin with Liffey Valley and Blanchardstown Shopping Centre being viewed as potential spaces.
It is expected to employ 50 people when up and running and there would be a 1.5 million investment in the store.
According to the report, they are seeking a building of about 4,700sq ft that is capable of accommodating a drive-thru with at least 60 car parking spaces.
Their doughnuts look absolutely amazing…
