Ok, it’s been a pretty good World Cup so far
It’s only been three days, and we’ve had an absolute classic between Spain and Portugal, Messi missing a penalty, and a lot of controversy in the France game.
And we’ve still got a lot more to come.
But one of our favourite things to happen so far, hasn’t been on the pitch. It hasn’t even been in Russia. It has been Ice-T’s tweets about the tournament.
Yes, Ice-T. The golden age rapper who had '99 Problems' long before Jay Z ever did, and has been spitting rhymes since 1981. In 1992, he terrified America with the notorious track 'Cop Killer', with his metal band Body Count. And he’s known to a whole new generation for playing a NYPD detective on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.
