We owe it all to Skellig Michael…

Our many-splendored island has received some very high praise indeed from Condé Nast Traveller online, a website with almost 300,000 unique users each month.

The website cites the Wild Atlantic Way, Skellig Michael, our ‘romantic castles’ and the forest dome at Finn Lough resort as Ireland’s most appealing attractions.

Condé Nast Traveller also make note of Ireland’s €22 million Easter Rising commemorations that will be unique to 2016, as well as our growing number of Michelin Star restaurants and August’s inaugural journey of the Belmond Grand Hibernian train.

The Belmond Grand Hibernian will offer two, four and six night luxury journeys across the Ireland where holiday-makers can travel in ‘five-star style’ and enjoy Ireland’s spectacular scenery from an observation car.

Ah sure, we’re a great little country, aren’t we?
