Irish comedian needs your votes in global comedy competition

Eric Lalor

Eleanor Tiernan is up against the world.

She’s one of the best comedians in the country, playing all the major festivals and headlining everywhere and she’s rapidly ascending the comedy rankings, both here in Ireland and in the UK.

You may have seen her in Irish Pictorial being absolutely brilliant as Ursula McCarthy.

She is now part of a massive global online competition where comics from loads of different countries around the world are relying on votes from the public to push them forward for the grand final.

We’re nothing if not patriotic here in JOE and we think she deserves your patriotic vote to help her win some much needed votes.

Every other comedian is probably getting help from their fellow comedy-loving citizens, so it’s only fair that we weigh in behind Eleanor here.

We’re calling on all our readers to get behind Eleanor and give her your vote. If you’d like to be sound, click right here and click on ‘like’ which will register her a vote.

Think of Ireland, think of the Euros, think of when you were proud to be Irish. Think of Eleanor, everyone, think of Eleanor and give her your vote.
