Nice work, if you can get it.

Two Irish twins have earned €1 million each from their online videos. The brothers, Ryan and Scott Fitzsimons (25) from Meath have over 2.87million subscribers to their YouTube channel where they post videos of themselves playing minecraft video games and doing voiceovers.

A report in today’s Sunday Times says the brothers’ company, Little Lizards Ltd, shows profits of €351,842 in 2015 after paying out more than €2 million in salaries.

The revenue is created by advertising on the YouTube platform. Curious about the apparent gold mine of gaming videos? Watch one of the twins’ most popular videos below. It has over 13 million views on YouTube.

The twins first set up their YouTube account in June 2012. Minecraft has sold more than 100m copies and has 40m regular users so the market for what the Fitzsimons are providing is massive.
