The free event is ideal for anyone trying to sort out their career.

Something you often hear is that certain people are destined for success. That might be true to some degree, but the fact of it is that there are certain principles to live by that can help anyone reach their potential.

These principles are especially useful for those of us still trying to figure out what they want to do. Without question, the best people to advise you are those who have come out the other end of similar experiences.

That’s where gradireland Live! comes in. Taking place in the RDS on Thursday, 7 February from 12-5 pm, it’s a free event for anyone who’s trying to sort out their career.

So, why not take the opportunity to hone your skills and build confidence for the career path you want to take?

It’s a chance to invest in yourself and be inspired to pursue the career you want, so register for the free event online today!

What to expect at gradireland Live! 2019

Footballer Philly McMahon will be joined on stage by social influencer Niamh Cullen, and Ailbhe Keane, of Forbes’ “30 under 30.” The three of them will be discussing the topic of “Pursuing Your Passion,” to inspire you to do the same.

Hosted by Jigsaw, “Managing your mental health – the transition from study to work” is another session not to miss. You’ll learn how best to adapt to an ever-changing professional world, as well as where best to find any support you may need along the way.

Other topics due to be discussed on the main stage include “What Does Success Look Like?” In partnership with PwC, it’ll be hosted by John Slattery, and will feature speakers like James Kavanagh and Dublin hurler Liam Rushe.

You’ll have the chance to sign up for grad programmes, internships, and courses for yourself. Even a 10-minute conversation with someone representing a business or university can lead to a life-changing opportunity.

KPMG, Aldi and Ericsson will all be there as potential employers, as well as universities from home and abroad such as Maastricht University and UCD Michael Smurfit.

There will also be a free CV clinic that will help you to fine-tune your CV, and a rolling CV seminar room where you can learn more about how to make your applications stand out.

Whether you’re looking to completely change your career path or just gain a bit more experience, there’s something in it for everyone.

Helping you to make better-informed career decisions, gradireland partners with third level careers services throughout Ireland to provide trusted graduate careers and job information. To find a graduate job, research an employer, register for an event plus much more visit gradireland.com.
